1 oz Antidote Gin
1 oz Green Chartreuse
3 Cucumber rounds
3 Basil leaves
1/4 teaspoon vanilla simple syrup
3 oz Coconut milk (canned)
1 oz Fresh lime juice
Garnish: Basil Leaf
In a cocktail shaker, add cucumber rounds, basil leaves, and simple syrup and muddle. Fill the shaker with about a cup of ice and add gin, Green Chartreuse, coconut milk and lime juice. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds until the shaker is chilled. Strain into a lowball glass filled with crushed ice and garnish with a basil leaf.
2 oz Antidote Gin
2 oz apple juice
3/4 oz chai syrup concentrate
Tonic, to top
Garnish: star anise pod and Cinnamon Stick
Fill a Collins glass with ice and add the gin, apple juice, and chai syrup. Top with the tonic and stir gently to combine. Garnish with a star anise pod and a cinnamon stick.
