As one of the first products to be released by Antidote Distilling Co, we really wanted to capture the 'Spirit of Alberni' in a bottle.
This contemporary Juniper- led Gin shows great balance between citrus and floral. Fresh botanicals like lemon peel ,Naval orange, cucumber and Nootka Rose are all distilled separately using our very unique vacuum still.
Our London Dry-Style Gin is a Juniper-forward gin that will fit right into a Martini or the old school Gin and Tonic. The citrus finish makes this even better in a Negroni!

007's Real Antidote - (Not) Shaken but stirred
Martini Stirred
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 ounces Antidote London Dry Gin
- 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
- 1 dash orange bitters
- Garnish: Olive and Cucumber twist
- Add the gin, dry vermouth and orange bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir until very cold.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with an olive and cucumber twist.
